top 14 most effective natural antibiotics - provided by nature, which efficiently treat the issue, and does not cause other damage to the body

Apple-Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar contains malic acid which effectively fights off viruses, fungi, and bacteria. It destroys germs that attack the throat and absorbs the toxins and germs from the surrounding tissues.

Additionally, it causes acetolysis, which is a condition in which it breaks down toxic residue and prevents further damage.

Garlic

This potent vegetable is an excellent antibiotic but does not destroy healthy bacteria. Apart from it, it has strong antifungal, antiviral, and anti-parasitic properties.

Its regular use, even in small amounts, effectively treat various health issues, including Candida overgrowth, chronic sinus infections, chronic diarrhea, genital herpes, high blood pressure, diabetes, impotence, high cholesterol levels, allergies, toothache, cold, flu, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer.

Hence, when it comes to natural remedies, garlic is definitely one of the miracles we prayed for!

Ginger

Ginger has been traditionally used as a powerful remedy for flu and colds, but it has been found that its consumption raises the body temperature and leads to sweating. When we are sweating, our body releases a chemical which destroys microbes.

Onions

Onions have similar properties as garlic, and their consumption soothes pain, boosts the circulation, and reduces inflammation. They have also been found to act as an herbal analgesic, and anti-inflammatory, which provide great relief in the case of a persistent cough, flu, and colds.

Olive Leaf

Olive Leaf can effectively destroy fungi, bacteria, and yeast, and supports the multiplication of healthy bacteria. The natural olive leaf extract efficiently treats all kinds of infections.

Fruits and vegetables high in Vitamin C

Vitamin C effectively boosts the immune system and prevents various diseases. Studies have shown that it treats bacterial and viral infections and even snake bites.

Fruits and vegetables high in this vitamin should be consumed regularly, as they prevent infections, and this vitamin also strengthens immunity, promotes the ability to resist bacteria, supports skin health, and accelerates the wound healing.

Grapefruit Seed Extract

Originally developed as an anti-parasitic, this extract inhibits the growth of bacteria, fungi, and viruses. Its active ingredients are non-toxic and gathered from the pulp and seeds of organically grown grapefruits.

Its bioflavonoids are converted into potent compounds which destroy influenza, fungi, Candida, herpes, staph, strep, salmonella, E. Coli, parasites, and more.

Habañero and Horseradish

These stimulants energize the body, raise the body temperature, boost the immune system, and stimulate blood flow to all body parts. The volatile oils in horseradish have potent antibiotic properties which treat infections in the throat and respiratory tract, as well as bacteria which lead to infection in the urinary tract.

Eucalyptus

It is commonly used as a topical antibiotic and has strong antiseptic qualities. If you use essential eucalyptus oil, you can combine it with other carrier oils, like olive oil or almond oil. You can also drink a tea of this herb, which treats infections, reduces fever, acts antiseptically, and destroys viruses, bacteria, and fungi.

Manuka Honey

Honey has been traditionally used topically, to treat infections, and antibiotic-resistant strains, due to its beneficial properties. Manuka honey originates from Australia and New Zeeland, and it has potent anti-fungal, antibacterial, antioxidant, antiseptic, wound-repairing, stomach-healing, and health-promoting properties.

According to experts, its topical use destroys multiple pathogens, such as MRSA, a kind of flesh-eating bacteria. Additionally, the treated bacteria cannot build up any resistance.

Make sure you always choose the type which contains a certificate of the legitimacy of its medicinal values, or the UMF, (Unique Manuka Factor) by The Unique Manuka Factor Honey Association (UMFHA). U

ntil now, there are 44 UMFHA members, and even 29 of them have separate licenses for using the UMF trademark.

Echinacea

The active ingredients in this herb strengthen the immunity, have potent antioxidant, antiviral effects, balance the hormones, soothe inflammation and pain.

It is commonly used in the case of ear infections, sinusitis, hay fever, slow-healing wounds, vaginal yeast infections, and infections of the urinary tract.

Newest studies have found that it has potent effects in recurrent cold sores, and flu, and effectively destroys even the most virulent bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus.

Other Herbs and Spices

You can also use other extremely useful natural antibiotics in the form of spices and herbs, such as the following:

Parsley, Wild Indigo, Mint, Bay Leaf, Coriander, Pepper, Allspice, Fennel, Anise, Oregano, Cumin, Thyme, Tarragon, Cloves, Caraway Seed, Mustard, Chili Peppers, Marjoram, Dill, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Sage, Basil, and Rosemary.

Natural antibiotics aka herbs are great for maintaining one's health and preventing diseases. My colleafue in the top services for paper writing http://alltopreviews.com adores herbal teas and does it herself. However, don't forget that little knowledge does more harm than good and don't go mad with natural ingredients as well as you would with traditional drugs.
